Milton Hershey School invites married couples to apply for the position of Flex Houseparents, providing a family-like environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing your assigned student group, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. You will also be expected to lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading a diverse group of students. As a couple, you should be married for at least two years, both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
