Job Description
- Serve as a flex houseparent couple, providing guidance and support to a small group of students in a nurturing environment.
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
This role requires couples who have been legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is highly valued.
