What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guiding Lights for Milton Hershey Students position at Milton Hershey School?
We are an educational institution committed to providing exceptional career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our Flex Houseparent program seeks to recruit married couples who can provide a stable and supportive environment for groups of 8-12 students.
As Flex Houseparents, you will reside on-campus and guide students through various activities, including daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. This role comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including housing, meals, medical insurance, and a competitive salary.
To excel in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and we require a high school diploma or GED.
Benefits and Compensation:
- Total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple

- Flexible schedule with nine days on followed by three days off
