• Reside on-campus and guide a group of 8-12 students
• Provide a consistent family-like structure and handle daily responsibilities
• Meet the qualifications outlined below

• Experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings
• At least two years of marriage; both spouses must be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
