Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Reside on-campus and guide a group of 8-12 students
- Provide a consistent family-like structure and handle daily responsibilities
- Meet the qualifications outlined below
- Experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- At least two years of marriage; both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
