We are seeking family-like support teams to join our community as flex houseparents, providing a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in on-campus homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as transportation, administering medication, and providing emotional support.

Job Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, your primary responsibility will be to provide a consistent family-like structure for students. This includes managing daily routines, guiding academic and personal growth, and fostering a positive relationship with students. You will also handle responsibilities such as driving, budgeting, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.

As a flex houseparent, you will receive a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- A salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
