The houseparent role requires a high degree of integrity, as you will be role models for students. You will provide a family-like structure for students, handle responsibilities such as driving and administering medication, and lead daily devotions.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of marriage and a commitment to supporting students in their academic and personal growth. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
