Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents, providing care and guidance to a small group of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will live on campus, creating a family-like environment for your assigned group of students.
You will be responsible for managing daily responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, and nurturing students within a family-like environment. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), relocation assistance, and paid training. Our schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also enjoy a three-week paid summer vacation.
