Required Qualifications for Flex Houseparents
To be considered for this unique career opportunity, couples must meet the following requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
