As a flex houseparent, you will play a vital role in this mission by guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home, providing a family-like atmosphere and support system for the students.
About the Job
You will be responsible for:
- Providing emotional support and guidance to students
- Helping students develop essential life skills
- Participating in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Working closely with other staff members to ensure student success
