Responsibilities and Requirements
As flex houseparents, couples are responsible for providing a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students, guiding them in daily activities and personal development.
Couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
