What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guiding Youth to Success Together position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking compassionate and dedicated couples to serve as Houseparents. In this role, you and your spouse will live on-campus and provide a stable, loving environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their academic, emotional, and social development, helping them to achieve their full potential.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple, which includes comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old and have a valid driver's license. You will also be required to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
