Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Development Specialists. As a Youth Development Specialist, you and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home and provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities
Youth Development Specialists are responsible for providing daily care and guidance to students, managing household responsibilities such as driving and budgeting, and leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services.
