Milton Hershey School offers a unique career opportunity for married couples to make a difference in the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will reside on-campus to provide guidance, support, and care to students in need.
The position requires:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
