About the Job
The Residential Youth Caregiver role at Milton Hershey School involves living on campus with your spouse and providing guidance and nurturing for a group of approximately 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will be responsible for handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting, while also providing guidance and support to your students.
You will work closely with other houseparents and staff to create a family-like atmosphere and provide a consistent structure for your students. You will also be involved in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
