At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will reside on campus with your spouse and provide guidance and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Manage daily activities, including budgeting and reporting
- Administer medication and create a nurturing environment
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services

Requirements:

- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
