Home-Based Education Support
Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become residential educators who provide home-based education support for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. In this role, couples will reside in on-campus homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. This position requires commitment and integrity as they serve as role models in a family-like setting.
As residential educators, couples will be responsible for guiding students in daily activities, administering care, and providing a stable family environment. They must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). A valid driver's license and certification to drive student home vans are also required. Couples should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.

Their work schedule features nine days on followed by three days off, along with a three-week paid summer vacation.
