What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Environment Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for Home Environment Coordinators to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a couple, you will reside on campus and create a welcoming home environment for our students. You will work together to provide guidance, support, and care to a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reside on-campus with your spouse
- Provide guidance and support to students
- Manage household responsibilities
- Participate in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Couple must be married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrate high integrity as all staff are role models for students
