We are seeking Home Environment Providers to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a Home Environment Provider, you will provide a nurturing home environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing a group of students, fulfilling daily activities, and offering guidance and support. This role requires a unique blend of caregiving, teaching, and mentoring skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. We require experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
This is a two-person job for couples who share a passion for youth development and want to make a difference in the lives of our students.
