Job Description
As a Family Care Provider, your primary responsibility will be to guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment. This will involve handling various responsibilities, such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and providing emotional and educational support. You will also be responsible for leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, promoting a positive and supportive community atmosphere.
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to chapel services, without proselytizing. Additionally, you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
