Job Responsibilities
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will serve as a flex houseparent, providing a nurturing home environment for groups of 8-12 students. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Companionship and guidance in daily activities
- Oversight of student behavior and well-being
- Assisting with homework and academic support
- Encouraging positive relationships among students
- Participating in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
