About the Position
This is a unique career path that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. As a Flex Houseparent, you will provide a supportive and structured environment for our students, guiding and nurturing them in a small group setting. You will be responsible for managing household duties, participating in community activities, and leading daily devotions.

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
