About the Opportunity
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Home Life Coordinators. In this role, you will reside on-campus in a student home and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide a family-like structure for students, including administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
- Drive students to activities and events, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Requirements
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years.
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
