Job Description
As a Youth Development Specialist, you will serve as a flexible houseparent, guiding and supporting a small group of students in a nurturing environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Residing in an on-campus student home with your spouse
Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
Driving students to appointments and activities
Administering medication and managing student health needs
Budgeting and managing household expenses
Reporting student progress and communicating with teachers and staff

Requirements
Couples applying for this role must meet the following requirements:
Be legally married for at least two years
Be age 27 or older
Have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home
