About the Opportunity
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, responsible for caring for a group of 8-12 students in one of our on-campus homes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that fosters the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our students.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement engaging activities and programs for students
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with students, parents, and staff
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless care and support
Requirements
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
