**Job Description**
As a flex houseparent, your responsibilities will include:
* Residing in an on-campus student home with your spouse
* Guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students
* Handling daily responsibilities, such as driving and administering medication
* Engaging in meaningful activities with students
* Providing a consistent family-like structure for students
