What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Parent Couple position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is a premier educational institution providing a unique career path for married couples who are passionate about supporting the development of disadvantaged youth. As House Parents, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing environment for students residing on-campus, overseeing a group of approximately 8-12 students and guiding them in their personal growth.
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and they must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
As a House Parent couple, you will enjoy a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Additionally, you will receive three weeks of paid summer vacation and opportunities for professional growth and development.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate couple to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students. If you are passionate about education, family, and community, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding career opportunity.
