Job Description:
This role requires married couples to live on-campus, provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment. Flex houseparents oversee daily activities, ensure the well-being of students, and drive student home vans when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
