Role Description
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as House Parent Couples. In this role, you will provide a family-like structure for students, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting, and lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Your responsibilities will include guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a nurturing and consistent environment, and being role models for students.

You should also be able to become certified to drive student home vans and have a high school diploma or GED.
