Student Caregivers Wanted
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to provide a family-like atmosphere for up to 12 students. As House Parents, you will be responsible for guidance, medication administration, and daily activities, while residing in on-campus homes.

About the Role:
A House Parent is a key figure in the lives of our students, providing care, support, and guidance in a nurturing environment. The successful candidate will be able to lead by example, demonstrate high integrity, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities:
• Provide a safe and supportive living environment for up to 12 students
• Administer medication and handle daily needs as required
• Engage in daily activities with students, such as homework assistance and leisure time
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team decision-making
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure student success
Requirements:
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
