Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. In this unique role, you will provide a nurturing environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering guidance and support in a family-like setting.
Responsibilities
- Reside in on-campus student homes with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Candidates must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
