Career Opportunities
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
What We Offer
A competitive total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
