As a House Parent, you will provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a private school setting. Your responsibilities will include guiding, supporting, and managing the needs of 8-12 students while residing in on-campus homes.

* Provide a family-like environment for students* Guide and support the needs of 8-12 students* Manage student behavior and development* Collaborate with other staff members to ensure student success* Participate in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services

* Married couple (at least 2 years)* Both spouses must be age 27 or older* Valid driver's license* Ability to become certified to drive student home vans* High school diploma or GED required* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
