What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Parents position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for groups of disadvantaged students. As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling daily activities, transportation, medication administration, and more.

To be eligible, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. We abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and only allow fish and one dog of approved breeds as pets.
