Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become House Parents. These individuals reside in on-campus homes and provide guidance and nurture to disadvantaged students. The role involves creating a family-like environment, handling daily responsibilities, and participating in the students' educational journey.
The ideal candidate has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years. They must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets.
