These individuals will provide a family-like environment for underprivileged students, guiding them in daily activities and facilitating personal and educational growth. Responsibilities include caring for 8-12 students in on-campus homes, managing transportation and medication, and participating in training opportunities.

They must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
