This position involves providing care and support to approximately 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Flex houseparents cover different student homes initially before being assigned to one specific home. The ideal candidate should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.

They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. High school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
