Flex houseparents cover different student homes initially before being assigned to one specific home. The ideal candidate should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.

High school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
