The Role
We are hiring married couples to become Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. You will work with different student homes initially before being assigned to one specific home.

- A salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Be aged 27 or older
- Not have more than three dependent children living in the student home
- Abide by our smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy
- Limit your pets to fish and one dog of approved breeds
- Hold a valid driver's license and be certified to drive student home vans
- Be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited)
- Hold a high school diploma or GED
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
