At Milton Hershey School, we seek married couples to serve as flex houseparents. In this role, you will provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, managing responsibilities such as guidance, transportation, and healthcare.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth. As flex houseparents, you will reside on-campus with a group of 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling various responsibilities.

Benefits
• Salary: $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Qualifications:
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Must be legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• Limitations on pets and alcohol while on duty
• Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
