Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to become flex houseparents. In this role, you will provide a nurturing and family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and support 8-12 students in daily life, including transportation and health oversight
• Manage various responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, and administration of medication
• Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services

Qualifications:
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings

• Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application
