As flex houseparents, married couples will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing approximately 8-12 students each. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.

Qualifications:
· Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
· Must be legally married for at least two years
· Both spouses must be age 27 or older
· Limitations on pets and alcohol while on duty
· Valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans required
· High school diploma or GED required
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate integrity as a role model for students
