About the Role

We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, living on-campus and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role requires a consistent family-like structure, with responsibilities including driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a nurturing environment for students, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
• Manage daily routines, including meals, homework, and activities
• Ensure student safety and security at all times
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff

Compensation Package:

• Annual salary of $87,650 per couple ($43,825 per person)
• Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance
• Relocation assistance and paid training provided
• Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including personal time while students are at school
• Three-week paid summer vacation

Qualifications

To be successful as a Flex Houseparent, you and your spouse should meet the following qualifications:

Requirements:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Couples who have been legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
• Able to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets
• Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
• High school diploma or GED required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
