As a Household Guidance Coordinator, you will work closely with other staff members to create a supportive and enriching environment for students, providing guidance and support in a family-like setting.
About the Role:
- Reside on-campus with students and provide a stable and secure living environment
- Support students in their daily lives, including homework, mealtime, and leisure activities
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive household
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) and comprehensive benefits. To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be willing to participate in occasional physical activities with students.
