You will work closely with your spouse to manage a student home, creating a safe and welcoming environment that fosters a sense of community and belonging among our students. You will also be responsible for coordinating daily routines, including meal times, homework sessions, and recreational activities.
In addition to your responsibilities as a Houseparent, you will have opportunities to participate in training and professional development programs, enhancing your skills and knowledge in areas such as youth development, conflict resolution, and crisis management.
