Married Couples Needed for Student Support Role

Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill student support roles within their residential program. In this capacity, couples will provide daily care and support to groups of disadvantaged students, helping them develop essential life skills and build strong relationships.

Selected candidates will reside on campus with the students and take on various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and managing household finances. This position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Legally married for at least two years
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • High school diploma or GED required
