This is a unique opportunity for couples who want to make a difference in the lives of students. As a houseparent, you will provide a family-like structure for students and handle various responsibilities. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
We value candidates who have experience working with youth from under-served settings and are comfortable leading students in daily devotions. Both spouses must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license. We also require a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students.
Our benefits package includes a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. We offer a flexible schedule with nine days on followed by three days off, including a period of personal time while students are at school.
