About the Position:
This position involves providing a supportive and nurturing environment for students, guiding them in their daily routines, and managing student-related tasks. Responsibilities include participating in daily devotions, taking students to Sunday chapel services, and working closely with other houseparents and support staff.
Compensation and Benefits:
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple). Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings. We also provide relocation assistance and paid training.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, have been legally married for at least two years, and have a high school diploma or GED. Valid driver's licenses and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
