About the Role:
We are seeking a houseparent couple to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students. As a houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages academic success and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing guidance and support to students in daily life
• Managing household duties, including meal preparation, cleaning, and maintenance
• Participating in Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and leading daily devotions
Qualifications:
• Experience working with youth, preferably in an under-served setting
• Legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older
• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
