Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing and structured environment for disadvantaged students. As a houseparent couple, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and supporting a group of 8-12 students. Your role includes managing household tasks, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children, and serving as positive role models.
The ideal candidate should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
