Job Description
As a Houseparent couple at Milton Hershey School, you will provide a family-like environment for students from underprivileged backgrounds in on-campus homes. You will supervise and nurture around 8-12 students, handling daily responsibilities while fostering personal growth and educational success. Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek experienced individuals who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, married for at least two years, and comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. High school diploma or GED is necessary, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.

This role offers a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Our schedule features nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including a period of personal time while students are at school. Additionally, you will enjoy three weeks of paid summer vacation.
