Milton Hershey School is a unique educational institution that provides a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become Houseparents, supporting and nurturing students within on-campus homes.
Job Description
Couples will reside in student homes, guiding and mentoring a group of 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling responsibilities such as driving, medication administration, and budgeting. They will be responsible for leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable with leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
